The Agalma Foundation organises events around questions tied to culture, art, science and psychoanalysis.
In this framework, it regularly produces audiovisual broadcasts. Under the format of conversations directed by François Ansermet and Pierre Magistretti, a guest exchanges points of view with the two specialists. This series is called, "Shared puzzles". The neuroscience and psychoanalysis are always at the center of the discussion.
The point of these Agalma conversations is to confront questions that arise from the encounter between neuroscience and psychoanalysis, and use them to approach teachings from other disciplines.
These broadcasts are produced by Point Prod SA, recorded on video, and distributed to the larger public on this website or on YouTube (www.youtube.com/user/FondationAgalma).
The Agalma Foundation participates as well in the production of films and documentaries, or other visual creations, such as "Nous naissons tous fous, certains le demeurent" (Teenergy Productions, 2010), "La Musica Dell’ Inconscio" (Marie-Elsa Sgualdo, Calagan Films, 2011) et "Chemins d'enfance" (Jean-Louis Comolli, Agora Films, 2012).
These films put into images the diverse themes that the foundation deals with, putting them into resonance with scientific and artistic events and experiences suggested by Agalma’s researchers.
